Resolved Question: Somebody please help ! I need to know where I get any any info of laws that pertain to towing?

What are my rights ? what is considered illegal towing, etc. I live in a trailer park, and this towing co. comes in and within 30 secs ( not lying !) gets the vehicle, then takes it outside on the public street, a couple miles away to hitch it up correctly! This is a danger to anyone driving! They also dont have any backup noises, ( the loud beeps that all commercial trucks are supposed to have ) and the manager is no where to be found at any of these tows!
